Weddle is a player-guessing game where the objective is to guess the name of a mystery NFL player. It was inspired by the popular word-guessing game Wordle and named after former National Football League player Eric Weddle.

How to play Weddle?

In Weddle you attempt to guess the name of an NFL player using hints that gradually narrow down your choices. You have eight attempts per day to guess correctly. Each guess must include the player's name, and after each attempt, the color of tiles will indicate how close your guess was:

• Green tiles show that you have guessed a piece of information correctly.
• Yellow tiles indicate that your guess is close but not exact; for example, you might be right about the conference but wrong about the division, or correct within a small margin for age, height, or jersey number.
• Grey tiles mean that the guess wasn't close.
